A Year In: Who We Are and How We Do Things

Arno, Dom & Brioche

It's been a little over a year since we launched Noth & Co., and honestly, what a ride it's been. If you're new here, welcome! We're Arno and Dom, a husband-and-wife team based on the Matakana Coast, NZ. And rounding out the trio is Brioche, our three-year-old cavoodle, who takes her role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously (mostly from her armchair).

At the heart of everything we do is a genuine love for this country and a commitment to helping people build their futures here. We know that behind every visa application is a real person with real stakes, and we don't take that lightly.

We also know that moving to a new country is already a big deal. Add paperwork, immigration policies, and a never-ending to-do list into the mix, and the whole process can start to feel pretty overwhelming. That's where we come in.

What we actually do

Our job is to take the uncertainty out of your visa process. That means accurate, straightforward advice tailored to your specific situation, and someone who's proactively on to it every step of the way, not just waiting for things to go sideways before jumping in.

How we do it differently

We're not a corporation, and that's very much by design. We keep things boutique and personal so that our clients always know who's handling their case and can actually get hold of us when they need to. No automated phone queues, no being passed from one adviser to the next. Your application stays with us, and your peace of mind stays top of mind.

We move quickly, because we know this space is time-sensitive. Our approach is simple: take initiative, stay on top of things, and deal with any curveballs as soon as they come up. No sitting on files, no unnecessary delays.

We give it to you straight. Honest, realistic advice, always. That said, we also know that immigration isn't always black-and-white. Visa pathways and policies can be nuanced, and every client's situation is different. You can count on us to explore every possible avenue and look at your journey through the lens of your individual circumstances.

And perhaps most importantly, we genuinely get it. We are both migrants and children of migrant families. We moved to New Zealand when we were young and experienced the whole journey firsthand. To us, immigration isn't an abstract policy debate; it's personal. It's our story too.

Who we work with

We work with NZ employers who hire staff on work visas, and with individuals and families who are looking to live and work in New Zealand. If that's you, we'd love to help.

The visa process doesn't have to be stressful. Feel free to get in touch directly. We're always happy to have a chat.
